Core process therapy is a form of psychotherapy developed in the United Kingdom.
It uses mindfulness which is a soft, gentle way to enquire into your experience. In addition, techniques and insights from body oriented trauma therapies are used to aid the enquiry.
Core process therapy is especially suitable for those who are sensitive and those who need a safe (possibly long-term) therapeutic relationship. Clients may ask for help for issues such as a difficult current life experience, feelings of sadness, fear, feelings of stress/overload, burn-out, unresolved trauma, problems with relationships, high sensitivity, or psychosomatic disease. In other words, everything that blocks a sense of wellbeing.
I accompany my clients in their enquiry into their experiences in a safe and attuned way.
Core process work is a second ‘life destiny’ to me, after being educated as a doctor/neurologist originally.
